About Mindful Oregon Clinic
Our mission is to improve the well-being of individuals and families in our community. At Mindful Oregon Clinic, our team provides a safe and supportive space for individuals, couples, and families to address their mental health concerns. We offer a range of evidence-based therapies tailored to our clients' unique needs, helping them build resilience, cultivate self-awareness, and navigate life's challenges more easily.
We believe caring for clinicians is caring for clients.
At its core, the quality of care a client receives is deeply connected to the well-being of the therapist providing it. Therapy is not just a technical service; it’s relational, emotional, and cognitively demanding work. When therapists feel supported, they have the capacity to be fully present, attuned, and thoughtful in their sessions.
