Hanna Welser, LCSW, EMDR
I am passionate about working with folks who are ready to be curious about themselves, whether that means starting the process of healing from a lifetime of trauma, or understanding more about their identity and worth. I enjoy working with individuals working through trauma events, grief, attachments wounds, and rediscovering who they are now.

About Me:

I have over 12 years of experience working with primarily adult individuals. I bring a warm, curious prescence to the therapy setting. I draw upon a sense of humor, and enjoy supporting you in the unique ways that make you YOU.
I specialize in Somatic Attachment-Focused (SAFE) EMDR to help target the root of patterns that are keeping you stuck in unhelpful ways of thinking, behaving, and connecting. When I'm not using EMDR, I take an ecclectic approach tailored to your specific needs. I enjoy drawing upon skills from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and exploring personal values.
I feel honored to be a witness to your life story and walk next to you as you explore next steps in healing and exploration.
