About Me:

I work best with individuals who feel ready to change the way they cope with life’s most overwhelming moments. My ideal client is someone who has tried to manage anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, or relationship challenges on their own, but is now looking for new tools, deepening understanding, and more sustainable patterns for relief. Whether they are feeling stuck in old habits, struggling to stay present, or noticing that their current coping strategies no longer serve them, they can explore what’s beneath the surface and learn healthier ways to navigate their world in a supportive space.
If you are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected or stuck then therapy can be a space to reset and reconnect with what matters most to you. With your goals as a guide, we can explore - with deeper awareness and compassion - everything that your body has been carrying. I'd be honored to walk alongside you, moving at a pace that feels safe and supportive. Together, we can work toward real, transformational change.
