Lindsay Barclay, PCA
My approach is trauma-informed and somatic-centered, recognizing the important connection between the mind, body, and nervous system. I integrate EMDR, mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and other body-based approaches to help clients process difficult experiences, build self-awareness, and reconnect with their inner strengths.

About Me:

I offer a warm, heart-centered space where you can show up exactly as you are. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can be a place to slow down and explore what is asking for your attention. Together, we’ll create a safe container for curiosity, insight, and growth—moving at a pace that feels right for you.
I believe every person has a unique story, and I strive to honor yours with compassion, authenticity, and care. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I meet you where you are and tailor our work to your needs, values, and goals. My role is not to tell you who to be, but to walk alongside you as you deepen your understanding of yourself, strengthen your connection to what matters most, and move toward the life you want to create.
