Professional Mental Health Therapists
Mindful Oregon Clinic

Lindsay Gray, LPC
I take a warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth approach to therapy. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, respected, and supported — especially when life feels heavy or unclear. Together, we’ll explore what matters most to you and move at a pace that feels steady, thoughtful, and grounded in both compassion and clarity.
About Me:
I take a warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth approach to therapy. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, respected, and supported — especially when life feels heavy or unclear. Together, we’ll explore what matters most to you and move at a pace that feels steady, thoughtful, and grounded in both compassion and clarity.
My work is rooted in empathy, curiosity, and practical support. I often integrate approaches such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness to help clients make sense of their experiences, manage difficult emotions, and build tools they can use outside of session. I believe healing happens in relationships — when you feel safe, understood, and free from judgment, even for the parts of your story that feel messy or complicated.
I specialize in working with adults, teens (12+), and couples who are navigating life transitions, grief and loss, relationship challenges, burnout, or identity exploration. Whether you’re adjusting to a major change, working through the pain of loss, or trying to reconnect with yourself or others, I’ll be alongside you with compassion and guidance.
I accept both state and commercial insurance and invite you to reach out whenever you feel ready to begin.
