My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based interventions, and attachment-focused work informed by Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT/EFIT). I integrate practical tools with deeper relational exploration to support nervous system regulation, reduce self-criticism, strengthen boundaries, and build emotional resilience.

In our work together, I provide a grounded and collaborative environment where you feel heard and supported. Through thoughtful questions and gentle challenges, we’ll begin noticing patterns in thoughts, emotions, and relationships that may be keeping you stuck. I help you develop greater emotional awareness while also building concrete skills to navigate stress, anxiety, and relational tension.


We may explore how past experiences, attachment patterns, or long-standing coping strategies are shaping what you’re facing today. Together, we’ll build practical tools for regulation and clarity while also deepening your understanding of yourself. I believe healing involves both insight and embodied experience, learning how to tolerate difficult emotions, soften self-judgment, and take values-based steps toward the life you want.


Whether you’re managing overthinking, burnout, or people-pleasing patterns, we will work together to untangle what’s weighing on you and help you reconnect with yourself to move forward with greater intention and steadiness. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward, you don’t have to do it alone.
