About Me:

With my background in clinical psychology and integrative healthcare, I support adults and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma-related stress, identity concerns, grief, and life transitions. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful and capable, yet feel internally overwhelmed—and are ready to slow down, gain insight into their patterns, and build a more grounded, compassionate relationship with themselves.
Many of the people I work with are living with anxiety, chronic stress, trauma, depression, or navigating major life transitions. They may feel as though they’re barely holding things together, or appear high-functioning on the outside while feeling internally exhausted by overthinking, people-pleasing, burnout, relationship strain, or persistent self-criticism. Together, we focus on creating real relief, emotional clarity, and a steady, supportive space to reconnect with yourself and move forward with greater intention and ease.
Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you’ve been carrying things alone for a long time. You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin. If you’re looking for a space that feels steady, thoughtful, and nonjudgmental, I would be honored to support you.
