Megan Hall, LPC

Welcome. I believe that reaching out for counseling takes courage, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside individuals as they navigate the challenges and transitions of life. In my Practice I apply different evidence-based modalities including Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), Cognitive Processing (CPT), Dialectical Behavior (DBT) and Rational Emotive Behavior (REBT).

My ideal client is an adult who is seeking care for mood disorder, addiction, anger management, self-esteem, weight loss, or life transitions. I enjoy working from a Christian counseling framework, but am happy to provide care from a secular space as well.

✅ Bipolar Disorder
✅ Borderline Personality (BPD)
✅ Chronic Illness & Chronic Pain
✅ Life Coaching, Life Transitions

About Me:

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that each person has inherent value, strengths, and the capacity for meaningful change. Together, we can explore the patterns, experiences, and beliefs that may be keeping you from feeling your best and moving toward the life you desire.

My counseling perspective is informed by Christian principles, and for clients who desire it, I am honored to incorporate faith, spirituality, and biblical perspectives into the therapeutic process. I also provide secular counseling interventions for individuals who prefer therapy that does not incorporate faith. My goal is to meet you where you are and create a counseling experience that respects your values, beliefs, and personal goals.

Whether you are struggling with your mood, feeling overwhelmed by stress, battling addiction, or simply sensing that there is more to life and wanting to grow into your fullest potential, you do not have to navigate that journey alone. Counseling can be a space to slow down, gain perspective, develop healthier ways of coping, and discover a greater sense of purpose and self-understanding.

I provide a safe and supportive environment to help them explore what they want their life to look like, and the obstacles that they have faced in getting there. I will utilize evidenced-based therapy techniques to help provide them with new tools to cope with the challenges of life and to reach their personal goals.

I would be honored to support you on your journey toward healing, growth, and self-actualization.
